Terms and Conditions

• Reservations can be made on site, online and by email. A reservation is only definitive upon written confirmation.
• The maximum number of participants per time slot is 6. If you wish to participate with more than 6 people, you must reserve several time slots.
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, we will charge € 100 per reserved time slot. In case of non-payment within 1 month after the reserved time slot, a fixed compensation of 10%, as well as an interest of 10% per year, will be charged by operation of law and without notice of default.
• Cancellations can only be made by e-mail.
• Always follow the safety measures of our employees.
• The game lasts a maximum of 60 minutes. You must be on location at least 15 minutes in advance.
• Recommended age unaccompanied by an adult is 16 years. Children from 10 years old are admitted, but must be accompanied by an adult. This adult is entirely responsible for the child in question.
• Persons with epilepsy, pregnant women and persons under the influence of alcohol and drugs are not admitted.
• We do not accept any liability for damage resulting from death, injury, accidents, injury, loss or theft, caused to or by the participant (s) during or as a result of the escape room. This also includes indirect damage, such as consequential damage, loss of profit, lost savings and damage due to business interruption.
• By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize the organization to refuse participants based on age, epilepsy, pregnancy, apparent alcohol or drug intoxication, and previous breaches of the confidentiality of sets, storylines, puzzles and assignments used.
• Payment on location can be made in cash or with a smartphone.
• In case of disputes, only the courts of the judicial district of Hasselt have jurisdiction.
